Co-living is a comfortable and convenient solution to finding yourself a home as well as a vibrant community of people like you. Put short, it’s luxury shared living for young minds shaping tomorrow’s world.

What do I get in my room at FLO?

A

Your bedroom will include a deluxe bed and King Koil 8-inch orthopaedic plush mattress, ample wardrobe space, study table, bedside table, lamp, and a few decorative pieces. Your living room comes with seating for 10+ people, 55” TCL flat-screen smart TV, and an expansive balcony with a breathtaking taking views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils you’ll need. All the bathrooms are fitted with state-of-the-art fixtures—just bring your personal toiletries and you’ll be set! The door is equipped with a Yale biometric lock and each room has a hi-tech light automation system.

How do I secure my room at FLO?


A

Securing a room at FLO is right at your fingertips—literally. Everything you need to do to book your room is on our website or app (link app). We promise you that once you follow the easy directions on our website or app, you won’t have to complete a single other step!

What are the bills I will need to take care of other than the monthly rent?

A

Basic WiFi plans are included in your monthly rent, but if you require additional bandwidth, you’ll have to pay as you use to the service provider. You’ll have to pay your electricity bill and any other personal or shared services you may choose to use (e.g. maid, cook, etc.). You and your FLOmates have the freedom to split the costs as you desire.

Will I have any choice of which apartment I’ll be in or who I will be living with?

A

You can certainly specify an apartment you’d like to live in and we will do our very best to honor your request. When you book your space, you will be asked a few questions regarding your preferences and habits. We will run algorithms using AI to identify who you’ll be most comfortable living with. Should you be dissatisfied about your placement within your first ten days of moving in, you can place a request to be moved to another room through our app providing us with your points of concern.

What is the guest policy?

A

It’s your home, and you should absolutely have your friends and family over—we know you’re all eager to have them see your new place! However, if you’d like to have an overnight guest, they will be required to pay for their reservation on our website or app.

What is the pet policy?

A

We are still working on this, but as of now we will not be allowing furry friends due to the nature of community living.


Q

Is smoking allowed?

A

The choice is yours. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the balconies, as we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the apartments.

Are there any timing restrictions?

A

There are none whatsoever. However, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your FLOmates and neighbours. Please read the house rules upon your arrival for more information.
